Hyde mixes stone terraces near the town centre and Hyde Park with semis and newer estates up towards Gee Cross, Godley and Newton. Many drives here run up or down from the road, and rain coming off Werneth Low has to go somewhere.

My drive slopes towards the house — can you fix that?
Yes. We regrade where possible and fit channel drains to catch water before it reaches the house.
Is block paving or tarmac better in Hyde?
Both handle slopes well when the base is right. Block paving gives more design options; tarmac is quicker and usually cheaper.
